Our Teacher Welfare Programme (TWP) is a series of tailor-made learning opportunities to enhance the strengths and virtues of employees to help them navigate the daily stressors of teaching. Founded on positive psychology tenets, we advocate that it is more effective to enhance one’s strengths rather than trying to fix a perceived problem. Our modules give individuals the tools to explore the social and emotional attributes required to manage the difficulties they confront and will provide positive outcomes to cope with current and future concerns. Encouraging teachers to adopt a growth mindset and a more favourable professional outlook will result in a more positive collective working environment.

At Bizzy Bodz Plus, we advocate for conducting a Training Needs Analysis to determine the teachers needs to ensure the workshops exceed the participants and organisational expectations.

Options include but are not limited to the following:


All Staff workshops (Whole day or half day options)

Informative, educational and interactive presentations to encourage and challenge teachers/ staff to discuss and reflect on potential best practice models to kick start change, learning and performance. Discover performance-based strategies which will contribute to accelerated learning.


Group/ Team workshops (Groups of staff – Whole day, half day or 2-hour sessions)

Smaller team presentations can be facilitated to identify and address group needs and performance-based growth.


One-on-One Coaching Sessions (Individuals- 45- 60 mins)

One-on-One coaching session to discuss learnings, their plan(s), execution and outcomes as a result of completing a workshop.
